Another place I'd love to stop on the way is that big field on the south side of the Interstate where you can see all the giant sculptures. It's the Porter Sculpture Park - http://www.roadsideamerica.com/tip/4427 I don't know that we will take the bikes next year, but my daughter is asking for a tour of all the cool places we've visited so maybe we take her on a western-US trip next summer!
